Following a lifetime of what lots of people still think is healthy eating (low fat, lots of pasta, high-fiber breakfast cereal, etc.), Hollie made the transition to eating traditional whole foods several years ago. When she did, she found that not only did her weight stay balanced, but she had more energy than ever — no more mid-afternoon slumps, no more getting sick during busy work periods.

Already a talented cook, Hollie became intensely interested in how and why food influences health. With a unique ability to simplify complex information, Hollie’s vibrant enthusiasm and straightforward approach to planning and strategizing make her an inspiring coach and guide for Real Cooking’s clients.
