victoria bloch

transformational cook and catalyst

Victoria discovered early in life that cooking was incredibly gratifying, and developed an ongoing passion for working with the freshest, most authentic ingredients. She also became intrigued by nutrition, and spent many years experimenting with different ways of eating, including vegetarianism, macrobiotics, and the blood type diet. While she enjoyed newfound tastes and techniques, her health suffered from too little fat and protein and too much starch.

She brought her culinary skills and her health into balance when she learned about the work of the Weston A. Price Foundation. Now a chapter leader and a frequent speaker on nutrition, Victoria shares her skills, humor, and knowledge with Real Cooking’s clients, helping them to discover their own way to vibrant health through cooking and eating whole foods.
