Real Cooking to Present at the Weston A. Price Foundation 2006 Conference

Santa Monica, CA – Real Cooking is delighted to announce that it has been invited to present a cooking workshop at the annual conference of the Weston A. Price Foundation, to be held November 10-12, 2006 in Washington, D.C.

Hollie Greenwood and Victoria Bloch, the founding partners of Real Cooking, will present the two-hour workshop on a topic to be announced later this month.

“It’s a real honor to be invited to participate in this conference,” says Bloch, who has been the Los Angeles chapter leader for the Foundation since 2000.

Bloch was responsible for introducing her partner, Greenwood, to the principles of the balanced whole foods diet embraced by Foundation members. “Working with the nutritional information provided by the Foundation, Hollie and I have transformed our own health – and that’s what inspired us to start Real Cooking in the first place!”

Greenwood agrees. “Absolutely. Sally Fallon, who started the Foundation in 1999, is our inspiration. It’s such a pleasure to be able to give something back.”
